CB Richard Ellis Group Expands in West
The CB Richard Ellis Group (CBRE) is expanding its Manufactured Housing Group, which deals with the acquisition and disposition of modular and manufactured home and recreational vehicle communities, in the Southwest, according to the New Mexico Business Weekly, Albuquerque, N.M.
The expanded division will be headed by Vice President John Newman and will cover New Mexico, Arizona, Colorado, Nevada and Utah.
Newman and the Manufactured Housing Group will offer investment brokerage services as well as appraisal, cost segregation studies, financial analysis and access to debt and equity financing.
“We are excited to represent this asset class in the Southwest region, as well as support CBRE’s national and global efforts in this growing market segment,” said Craig Henig, CBRE senior managing director.
Newman previously worked with CBRE’s Asset Services Group in Bagdad, Ariz., where he developed, leased and managed a 276-space mobile home park and developed two RV parks totaling 210 sites.
The CB Richard Ellis Group is headquartered in Los Angeles and has a branch office in Albuquerque.
