A Mohave Valley recreational vehicle park near Kingman, Ariz., will go back before the Mohave County Planning and Zoning Commission on Wednesday (June 11), according to the Mohave Valley News, Laughlin, Nev.
The commission will again look at a change to the county general plan and the South Mohave Valley Area Plan for the planned recreational vehicle park called Monte Carlo RV Resort. The park would be located off Highway 95. A new road, called Fortune Road, would also be built to the park.
The commission will also look at rezoning the property from general manufacturing to special development, commercial recreation. The 27-acre lot would be divided into 325 recreational vehicle lots or about 12 lots per acre with six acres set aside for recreation and drainage. The park would be located next to a proposed industrial park called Mohave Valley Commerce Center.
