Smokies Class A Motorhome Resort Opens
The Smith family will mark the grand opening dedication of their new luxury Class A motorhome resort, known as The Dell, Aug. 14-16, in East Tennessee.
The Dell is located at Hidden Mountain Resort between Pigeon Forge and Sevierville. The area is becoming one of the more popular vacation destinations in the U.S., according to a news release.
The Dell, which is already open for business, offers 18 full-service sites for Class A coaches at least 26 feet in length. Each site is 50 feet wide by 85 feet deep with stamped concrete pads. The sites are fully landscaped and offer individually metered 50-amp electric, water and sewer, satellite TV, telephone, high-speed Internet, as well as gated security, daily garbage pickup and fully customizable miniature cantilevered barn.
Two price levels are available: $165,000 and $195,000.
The Dell owners and guests will have access to Hidden Mountain Resort amenities, including a river walk, picnic pavilions, pools, fitness center, stocked fishing lakes and clubhouses throughout the development.
