Crider Hired to Promote California Camping
Camp-California Marketing has signed a $10,000 contract with writer Jeff Crider of Crider Public Relations to promote camping in the state.
The program launched on March 9 with the first of almost 20 press releases sent to over 600 media contacts throughout California, according to the California Association of RV Parks and Campgrounds (CalARVC) March newsletter. This first release highlighted the Camp-California.com Calendar of Events section.
Future topics will include camping trip planning, how to camp if you never have before, capital improvements being made at campgrounds, unique and new environmental equipment and practices, an educational piece on the chemical-based RV holding tank products, family-oriented activities and features, online reservation tools, new Camp-California.com features and Memorial and Fourth of July camping availability.
