Campers trying to enjoy some peace and quiet at a Virginia Beach, Va., campground had a noisy morning on Monday (June 22).

Firefighters battled an overnight blaze which destroyed a building at the Holiday Trav-L-Park, according, Norfolk.

The fire destroyed the building which houses a café at the campground, a Good Sam Park which has 762 sites.

Investigators say the fire was accidental and appears to have started in the building's HVAC system.

Firefighters were called about 3:40 a.m. They say nobody was in the building when it caught fire but investigators are reviewing surveillance video to make sure.

Owners of the campground say the fire will not affect reservations and they expect operations to be back to normal very soon, and the only difference for campers will be the lack of a restaurant.
