FMCA Rally to Bring 3,000 Coaches to Albuquerque

FMCA logoThe Family Motor Coach Association (FMCA) will roll into Albuquerque, N.M., March 22-25, bringing an estimated $13.1 million in direct spending.

That’s according to the Albuquerque Convention & Visitors Bureau. FMCA is an international organization for families who own and enjoy motorhomes.

More than 3,000 motorhomes and about 8,000 people are expected at the event at EXPO New Mexico and Balloon Fiesta Park, according to the New Mexico Business Weekly. These include a motorhome exhibition that brings major motorhome manufacturers and dealers from the U.S. and Canada, as well as manufacturers and distributors of RV accessories and components and suppliers of RV services.

There will also be seminars related to RV travel tours, tours to local sites and entertainment.

The association last convened in Albuquerque in 2004. It also hosted two conventions in Las Cruces.
