Construction began June 1 on the Lake Osprey RV Center Club of Elberta, Ala.

The 188-lot resort is designed for high-end owners of Class A, Class C and fifth-wheel RVs, according to a news release.

RVers will enjoy a complete “first class” golf resort experience at Lake Osprey RV Country Club.

Adjacent to Soldiers Creek Golf Course, one of the hottest 18-hole championship golf courses in South Baldwin County, this full-service, gated community is set to include resort-style pools, the Osprey Clubhouse with poolside Tiki Bar, movie theater, fitness center with spa services, nature trails, fishing, golf membership and and concierge services.

The club has guest RV lots ready today for rentals and interested buyers. Nightly rates will be about $4 and lot prices will start at $99,900. Lot sizes average from 4,500 to 7,200 square feet and will include a concrete pad with utility hookups, TV and free Wi-Fi. Upgrade features include the Osprey Coach House with every option available, featuring custom-designed outdoor entertainment areas. Beaches and attractions are in close proximity — just minutes to Orange Beach, Gulf Shores, Pensacola and Mobile, Ala.

Coming from Mobile or Pensacola, the resort is within 30 miles from Interstate I-10 (Loxley exit). Take Highway 59 south to Foley Beach Express, and then turn left onto Highway 98 East and go 6 miles to County Road 95 South. Lake Osprey RV Country Club is situated one mile on the left, on County Road 95. For more information or reservations contact Austin Auner at (866) 606-7501 or or visit
