William Angel Owned Michigan RV Parks
William E. Angel, 76, of Port Clinton, Mich., passed away Tuesday (Sept. 14), at his residence surrounded by his loving family, the Port Clinton News Herald reported.
Angel owned and operated campgrounds and mobile home parks, including Greenwood Mobile Home Park in Genoa and The White Caps Motel, Marina, and RV Park in Port Clinton.
Bill was an avid outdoorsman, enjoying boating, fishing, hunting and was an avid baseball fan. For many years, he coached baseball in Curtice. His true passion was spending time with his children and grandchildren.
He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Aggie; children, Wade (Lynn) of Wesley Chapel, Fla., Ward of San Diego, Calif., and Dawn of Port Clinton; and three grandchildren.
Visitation will be held at Eggleston Meinert Pavley Funeral Home, Millbury Chapel,on Friday. Funeral services will be conducted 11:30 a.m. Saturday in the funeral home. Interment will follow at Allen Township Cemetery. Memorials may be directed to Stein Hospice, Genoa Athletic Boosters or charity of the donor’s choice.
