Developer Plans Barbecue to Explain RV Park Plan
Chino Valley, Ariz., residents will have the opportunity to learn all about the proposed High Plains RV Resort/KOA (Kampgrounds of America) park in an open forum this Saturday (Oct. 23), The Daily Courier, Prescott, reported.
The public is invited to see detailed plans for the high-end park, ask questions, and meet the owner and new Chino Valley resident, Jack Tuls. “We want the community to view it for themselves and understand for themselves what my vision is,” Tuls said.
The event showcases a presentation on project specifics such as zoning conditions, sewer and water systems and the economic advantages for Chino Valley businesses and residents. A family-style barbecue dinner is included, and there will be a life-size model of the new style KOA Kabins, along with several RV coaches that represent the new park’s anticipated clientele.
Saturday’s event runs from 3 to 6 p.m. at Gabby’s Kitchen, 2235 S. Highway 89. For more information, call Charlie Arnold at (92) 458-5152.
