Judge Orders Town & Developer to Split Legal Fees

The Superior Court’s presiding judge has ordered the town government of Chino Valley, Ariz., and a developer to split nearly $29,133 in legal fees to the plaintiffs in the Kampgrounds of America rezoning case, the Prescott Daily Courier reported.

Judge David Mackey on Feb. 8 ordered the town and developer Jack Tuls Jr. of Las Vegas, to pay for “reasonable attorney’s fees, nontaxable costs and taxable costs.”
