Morgan RV Resorts Plans Major Upgrade at Hoosier Park
An Indiana tourist attraction is adding another element for the upcoming summer season.
Indiana Beach in Monticello is working to complete Adventure Point, which will include zip lines, a high ropes course and rock climbing. The Journal and Courier in Lafayette reports the upgraded area should open June 4.
The amusement area is adjacent to a 772-site RV park owned by Morgan RV Resorts.
Park officials tell the paper that attendance averages around 750,000 per year and they are hoping to hit the 1 million mark.
Adventure Point is a key part of a multi-million dollar expansion and upgrade plan for Indiana Beach by its owner.
