Park Owner Pleads No Contest to Sexual Assault Charges
Brian Miller, the owner of a Waupaca County, Wis., campground, pleaded no contest Thursday (April 14) to one count of sexual assault. Three other charges were dropped as part of the plea deal, WLUK-TV, Green Bay, reported.
At a preliminary hearing, three men testified Miller, 44, gave them alcohol, then made unwanted sexual advances at Kastle Kampground in the town of DuPont.
Sentencing is set for June 29. He faces a maximum of 10 years in prison.
