Chimney Park RV Resort in Mission, Texas, is giving away up to $100,000 worth of free night’s stays to senior citizens (55+ years) during its Seniors Stay Free promotion.

This promotion is notable because it is the first exclusive offer of its kind on Facebook that focuses on seniors citizens, the Digital Journal reported. Senior citizens who visit the Chimney Park RV Resort fan page ( and click the “like” button, will receive a coupon for a free night’s stay at the RV park.

Wallena Haynes, park manager, says, “We began testing the campaign on April 15, and because of the success of the trial have decided to expand the promotion. We’ve increased our budget to a total of $100,000 worth of free night’s stays to be given away.”

There are no “blackout dates,” and free night stays can even be redeemed on holidays such as the 4th of July, Labor Day, and Veteran’s Day. Free night stays must be redeemed by Nov. 11, 2011.
