The location of a proposed RV park is causing controversy in the city of Kingsville, Texas. Over 500 residents and 100 business owners have signed a petition opposing the rezoning of the site where the park would be built, Kiii-TV, Corpus Christi, reported.

On Monday, the commission voted unanimously to rezone the area, from residential to commercial. That will allow the developer to move forward. Commissioners believe the RV park would be in the best interest of the future development of Kingsville.
