Vegas RV Resort Reports Brisk Lot Sales
In spite of Nevada’s housing epidemic, real estate sales at LVM Resort in Las Vegas, Nev., have increased significantly over last year’s sales at the Class A motorcoach resort, according to a news release.
While one coach site was sold in the summer of 2010, eight were purchased this past summer, and six have been purchased within the past 60 days.
“While LVM Resort is a beautiful place to reside, owners also recognize it is a valuable investment opportunity. LVM Resort’s diversity of available coach sites, build-out preferences, ownership benefits and prime location make it a sought-after vacation spot or seasonal living space for owners. Owners have the option to generate income through the rental program when not occupying their site,” according to the release.
LVM Resort’s exclusive sales host, Dean Welsh, provides property owners and potential owners with the value-added service of helping interested sellers market their available sites and connect them with potential buyers. With 407 coach sites, the resort enjoys a high level of demand for available properties.
“We experienced a record number of coach site sales this past summer, while interest has only grown, especially after the rally at LVM Resort last week. Our resort attracts owners from all over the country, and even internationally, due to the value of our resort, their expectations of a great lifestyle and positive future here, and the overwhelming beauty of our grounds, not to mention the excitement of the Las Vegas location,” said Welsh. “After the rally at LVM Resort last week, we received an outpouring of guests who were interested in ownership opportunities and one that has already started the process to purchase.”
