Arson investigators are interviewing a man who was at the scene of an explosion that rocked an east Edmonton, Alberta, RV park on Tuesday.

The propane explosion, which fire officials said was caused deliberately, destroyed three trailers in the Outlook RV Park at 18th Street and Yellowhead Trail, reported.

A man in his 50s suffered non-life threatening injuries and was taken to hospital. Police will not confirm if this is the man they are interviewing.

The manager of the RV park, Bob Raymond, worked with others to help rescue the man.

"He was bleeding pretty bad and his legs were burnt," Raymond said.

The two occupants of the other trailers destroyed in the blast also lived there full-time. One man is receiving housing assistance from the Canadian Red Cross.

Raymond said he is devastated by the loss of all his possessions.
