Texas Renaissance Festival Expands New Market Campground
The Texas Renaissance Festival, the nation’s largest and most acclaimed festival of its kind, has announced the expansion of the Fields of New Market Campground, expected to be completed in time for the 38th Annual Texas Renaissance Festival in October and November.
The Fields of New Market Campground now spans over 170 acres of beautiful land and offers festival goers the perfect opportunity to escape to the 16th century for an entire weekend of magic and fun, according to a news release. The Fields of New Market Campground will be open every festival weekend from Friday mornings at 10 a.m. to Monday mornings at 9 a.m.
For guests looking to extend their Texas Renaissance Festival experience, the Fields of New Market Campground hosts an array of activities to keep guests entertained throughout the evening. A communal bonfire, live music and performances by many of the festival artisans occur each night to enhance the social experience throughout the weekend.
Within walking distance to the festival front gates, the Fields of New Market Campground features two convenience stores, water stations with potable water, permanent and portable restrooms, as well as easily accessible trash dumpsters. Spaces for RVs, tents and campers are available on a first-come, first-served basis. “Quiet camping” separate from the main camping area is also available for guests who prefer a more serene experience after 10 p.m.
At only $20 per vehicle, with the purchase of Texas Renaissance Festival admission tickets, there is not a more convenient or affordable way to enjoy the full experience than at the Fields of New Market Campgrounds.
