Kids Camp Free For Father’s Day Weekend at Most KOAs
Celebrating Father’s Day without your kids just doesn’t seem right. So, this Father’s Day weekend at participating Kampground of America Inc. (KOA) franchisees throughout North America, kids can camp free.
“We want to encourage families to get out and enjoy all of the benefits of the outdoors, and camping is one of the very best ways to do that,” KOA CEO Jim Rogers said in a news release. “Allowing children to camp for free with their children will hopefully encourage more families to share the joys of camping on this very important family holiday.”
More than 400 participating Kampgrounds of America locations throughout North America will waive normal camping fees for children under 17 from Friday, June 15, to Sunday, June 17, in honor of Father’s Day Weekend.
“Camping is all about connecting with your family,” Rogers said. “There is no better way to cement that bond than by enjoying each other in the Great Outdoors.”
