New Owner for Upscale Class A Tenn. Resort
Tellico Ridges Luxury Mountain Motorcoach Resort, a Class A motorcoach resort nestled within the foothills of the Smoky Mountains near Vonore, Tenn., has been sold and ownership has been transferred to TR Partners LLC, a real estate investment group located in Knoxville.
TR Partners strategically plans to redevelop the current RV resort in order to appeal to a wider audience by adding home sites, according to a news release. The investment group intends to renovate the grounds in two phases, by developing two-thirds of the land into mountaintop home sites of several acres each, while continuing the development of luxury Class A motorcoach lots on the remaining one-third of the land.
Prior to TR Partners’ ownership, Tellico Ridges underwent major updates to the plans for the physical grounds of the resort, including the development of an infinity pool, rock waterfall and meandering stream throughout the spacious RV resort, providing guests with recurrent exposure to tranquility and beauty throughout every inch of the grounds. The Clubhouse, Tree House and luxurious amenities offer guests views of fall colors, clear summer days and incomparable lavishness.
Located at the junction of the Little Tennessee River and Tellico River, the area has a rich culture of Cherokee history that contains a Sequoyah Birthplace Museum, dedicated to the civilization of the Eastern Tennessee Cherokee Indians. Tellico Ridges and its proximity to Knoxville and other key southeastern Appalachian destinations due to its easy access to I-75 offers a wealth of activities from outdoor recreation such as boating, fishing and hiking to exploring nearby cities for shopping, concerts and premier dining.
Class A RV lots are expected to begin in the range of $150,000 when lots are launched later this year. Tellico Ridges’ mountain home sites prices have not been determined. Visit www.tellicoridges.com for more information about Tellico Ridges in its current state and the surrounding area.
