Camp Colorado Sending Out ‘Care Packages’
Colorado campground and RV park owners statewide who haven’t previously received print Camp Colorado Guides this year will get them this week in a specially produced “Campground Care Package.”
More than 300 campgrounds will receive the care-package shipments, which were paid for by the Colorado Campground & Lodging Owners Association (CCLOA), the National Association of RV Parks and Campgrounds (ARVC), Outdoor Insurance Group and TengoInternet. The Camp Colorado guides themselves are produced and printed by CCLOA with critical financial support from the Colorado Tourism Office and valued advertisers, according to this week’s Camp Colorado e-newsletter.
In all, nearly 50,000 Camp Colorado guides were mailed this distribution cycle. The print Camp Colorado guides, together with the Camp Colorado website and mobile website, are the No. 1 way to promote Colorado camping, whether private, state or federal campgrounds.
CCLOA staff members gathered Friday (June 7) in the parking garage of CCLOA’s headquarters in the Denver suburb of Centennial to assemble the campground care packages.
