GAC’s Hershey Show Segment Airs Tonight
The Great American Country network (GAC) visited America’s Largest RV Show, held Sept. 11–15 in Hershey, Pa., to film its “Top 20 Countdown.” According to a press release, the segment will air tonight (Sept. 20).
The Pennsylvania RV and Camping Association (PRVCA), which manages America’s Largest RV Show, was contacted by the production company the week prior to the start of the show.
“I love receiving those calls,” said Heather Leach, marketing and education director for PRVCA. “It’s always fun working with the film crews – to be able to watch them in action and then see the final product on TV is always a great experience.”
GAC along with HGTV, which film at the show every year, are both brands of Scripps Networks. “Because of our long-standing relationship with Scripps Networks and HGTV, we were excited to welcome GAC to America’s Largest RV Show,” Leach said.
GAC’s “Top 20 Countdown” is hosted by Nan Kelly. This week’s episode will feature Kelly making her way around America’s Largest RV Show checking out the latest in RVing while introducing their top 20 songs of the week.
“You will even see a few other familiar faces,” Leach says. “RV Doctor” Gary Bunzer made a special guest appearance and Leach got a few moments of airtime to discuss the details of the show. “Nan Kelly and the crew were great to work with,” Leach stated. “I enjoyed giving them a tour of the show and providing them with any information they needed about the show and RVing.”
GAC’s “Top 20 Countdown” will air at 8 p.m. and 10 p.m tonight and again on Sept. 21 at midnight, 2 a.m. and 11 a.m. For more information, visit www.gactv.com. For more information on America’s Largest RV Show, visit www.largestRVshow.com.
