N.H. Campground Earns KOA Holiday Status
“We had already done most of the necessary upgrades to be a KOA Holiday campground,” said Darlene Goodbout in a press release.
The Goodbouts have been busy upgrading several of their popular RV patio sites, and campers are noticing, KOA reported.
“We offer seven patio sites and one premium patio site that has a beautiful fireplace for a spectacular campfire experience, complete with a gas grill, a patio dining set and log chairs,” she said. “Our campers continue to tell us when they arrive that they are happy to be ‘home.’”
The next project is a realignment of the park’s cabins and “Deluxe Cabins,” to bring them into greater proximity to one another and allow families camping together to be close by.
KOA Holiday Campgrounds, such as the Lincoln/Woodstock KOA Holiday, are great base camps to explore the area, and include family activities and additional amenities to make these KOAs great getaways for short vacations. They will also all feature KOA “Deluxe Cabins,” which include full bathrooms.
Over the next few years, KOA campgrounds will be adding either the KOA Journey, KOA Holiday or KOA Resort brand to their campgrounds to better help campers select just the right KOA for their camping trips.
