Lake of the Woods Resort in Klamath Falls, Ore., has finished its seasonal work as campground concessionaires for Aspen, Fourmile Lake and Sunset (day use area and boat ramp) campgrounds, and the Rainbow Bay Day Use Area and Boat Ramp, according to a news release published by the Herald and News.

The Aspen Point and Sunset campgrounds are closed for the winter. Fourmile Lake Campground remains open with no fees. The campground’s water resources have been shut off and garbage cans removed, but restrooms remain open. Fourmile Lake campers must supply their own toilet paper and remember to take their garbage home with them.

Visitors to the Lake of the Woods Recreation Area will still find open restrooms at the Rainbow Bay Day Use Area and Boat Launch and the resort on weekends. People must have a valid Sno–Park permit displayed in the windshield of their vehicle to park in designated winter recreation parking areas between Nov. 1 and April 30.

The Lake of the Woods Resort is only open Fridays and Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Sundays 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. The resort offers cabin rentals and RV parking seven days per week with advance reservations through the winter season.
