Trail RV Park in Canada's Northwest Territories had a positive year-end report.

Revenue was up more than $10,000, or about 30%, from last year and attendance increased with 225 different campers visited over the season, according to

Norm Casler, executive director of the Trail Chamber of Commerce, said the majority of tenants were long-term, which was a little unfortunate for tourists who were often turned away. He thinks a lot of people are catching on to the area, but does admit they had quite a few construction workers in town. He says they did accommodate some of those workers this summer.

The city owns the park and plans to look at redesigning it to address size and electrical concerns with today's RVs.
