Cruise Inn RV Parks has its official launch today (Nov. 5) in booth 405 at the National Association of RV Parks and Campgrounds (ARVC) Outdoor Hospitality  Conference & Expo in Knoxville, Tenn.

Cruise Inn is a new alternative for the independent RV park owner in the outdoor hospitality industry. The brand was launched by experienced hospitality professionals looking to provide brand membership opportunities to RV park and campground owners and developers. Cruise Inn aims to help its members increase their return on investment through guest satisfaction, revenue/yield management, loyalty programs, multiple booking channels and effective sales. Cruise Inn's backers have a proven track record building brands, proprietary training, purchasing clout and field support.

“The Cruise Inn brand is perfectly timed to launch in an industry where there has never been a better time to invest in RV parks and campgrounds. Cruise Inn provides a combination of marketplace presence, value and service,” said Scott Anderson, president and chief executive officer of Cruise Inn. “What sets Cruise Inn apart from the others is it provides consistent, high-quality facilities at a reasonable price for travelers. We also are dedicated to ensuring our members increase their revenue and overall profitability, thus increasing the value of their facility. We work directly with each owner/manager to set and manage the expectations to grow the business.”

Ian Steyn, board member and RV park owner, said, “With Cruise Inn, members are true partners of the brand, customers with a voice and vote in the brand’s direction. Part of the value proposition of Cruise Inn is the emphasis on educating, not mandating to its members and utilizing its experience and expertise to help make its members successful. We like to say that members of Cruise Inn are in business for themselves but they are not by themselves. The brand is there to help along the way.” Steyn will be building a new Cruise Inn in Colorado.

The Cruise Inn brand is focused on providing key benefits to its members including low fees, a simple contract, no penalties, member-directed standards and brand policies, innovative technology, PMS training, distribution marketing, worldwide sales and marketing, brand support and a brand powered by trusted industry resources. In addition, Cruise Inn supports its members with a highly qualified team of sales support and assurance program directors who provide sales and marketing support. The team will ensure consistent implementation of standards, logos, policies and procedures. Members will benefit from delivered training programs and annual visits to ensure standards are maintained.
