Holly Shores Camping Resort, a New Jersey family campground, raised more than $10,000 to benefit Cape Regional Medical Center’s Oncology Department.

With the help of more than 80 local businesses and 150 volunteers, their annual Halloween Fundraiser was a huge success, the Cape May County Herald reported.

The money raised will help residents in Cape May County with the latest treatments for cancer.

Like the year before, Holly Shores gave local non-profit organizations a chance to win up to $1,000 by performing a haunted Halloween skit. Cape May County Technical School’s Key Club took first place and the $1,000. The second-place $500 prize was awarded to the 4-H Milky Way Livestock Club/Scales and Tails Herpetology Club, and the third-place $100 prize went to Girl Scout Troop 43966.

David and Maggy Robinson and the Holly Shores Team thanked all of their sponsors for helping in the effort.
