Buttonwood Inlet RV Park in Cortez, Fla., is now under complete control of a construction company after a local restauratuer sold his interest for $806,000, the Bradenton Herald reported.

The 6.34-acre, 65-site park was purchased by a company managed by Whitehead Construction Inc., according to property records and business filings, buying out the remaining 26% interest from Ed Chiles, chief executive officer of The Chiles Group.

“I have all intentions to keeping that open for what it is — a RV park — for many, many years,” said Brent Whitehead, owner of Whitehead Construction.
