A couple was arrested Thursday (March 26) at a Monroe County, Ga., campground in connection with a 1992 Kansas murder, television station WMAZ reported. The New York Department of Environmental Conservation is taking public comment on a management plan for Bear Spring Mountain campground in the Catskills near Walton, the Associated Press reported.
