A proposal to convert the Rolling Hills Golf Course in Pelican Rapids, Minn., into a park for recreational vehicles has been approved, the Fergus Falls Journal reported.  By a 4-1 vote on April 14, the Scambler Township board awarded a conditional-use permit that allows the conversion of the golf course into an RV park.  The Rolling Hills Golf Course is a 42-acre site owned by the Flem family since 1966.
