Wisc. Jellystone Holds Holiday Light Display

This time of year the Yogi Bear’s Jellystone Park Camp-Resort in Caledonia, Wisc., converts itself from a campground to a holiday spectacle of lights, according to CBS 58.

More than 1.5 million of them along a mile long stretch that is called the “Wisconsin Christmas Carnival of Lights,” You can see the yuletide illuminations via the comforts of your warm car, but if you feel daring enough you can actually take a sleigh ride throughout the property, off Highway 38 just south of the Milwaukee-Racine County line.

On the tour, look for moving displays with new Christmas music and besides the holiday lights, there’s an entire section dedicated to military members.

The park will be opened nightly through the end of the year except Christmas Day itself.
