Some Camp Fire survivors are facing potential evictions at the Lime Saddle Campground in Oroville, Calif., according to Action News Now.
State park officials said the park has a 30-day maximum stay, but some Camp Fire survivors told Action News Now that the park rangers told them their 30 days was up.
However, after speaking with park staff, they were given a temporary extension for several days.
Camp Fire Survivor Teri Lindsay said that she's been staying at the campgrounds with her family, but she may have to pack up her bags next week.
"It's scary," she said. "It's scary knowing we could only have seven more days here because when you ask around there's nothing available anywhere. We see motorhomes on the side of the road and tents still. It's scary, especially with a child that's disabled."
